The Maintenance sector of REDDAN GROUP PLC specialise in planned, preventive and reactive maintenance serving London, the South-East and surrounding counties. Our fully comprehensive in-house workforce are fully qualified within their fields. This section is an illustration of all the services we offer to our clients.
REDDAN is accredited to the Gas Safe Register for domestic and commercial work including boiler breakdowns, fault finding, repairs replacements and commissioning. We also design and install high efficiency heating systems and have technicians solely carrying out landlord gas certifications and testing. Due to the increasing demand of high efficiency heating systems, our experienced team carry out power flushing on central heating systems on portfolios throughout London managed by our clients.
The electrical division has been a member of NICEIC since 1979. Our qualified and experienced engineers are 17th edition. We have testing engineers carrying out periodical electrical testing, portable appliance testing, emergency light testing and fire alarm testing. The maintenance engineers carry out all necessary remedial works resulting from testing, routine servicing and preventive maintenance, as well as reactive work from lamp replacements, intercom breakdowns to complete power loss to building.
Our fleet of drainage vehicles are fully equipped with high pressure water jetting machines capable of reaching 4000psi. All drainage engineers are fully trained and experienced to deal with any drainage problem from a blocked waste to main drains 24hrs a day. On board we have CCTV cameras to carry out surveys when necessary. We also carry out planned and preventive maintenance to drainage systems as well as reactive work.
Our experienced carpenters and joiners carry out all aspects of work, with teams allocated to specific tasks. The reactive units are on call to carry out the overhauling, ease and adjusting of doors, windows, temporary repairs following break-ins and vandalism, door replacements, additional locks installed and sash window refurbishment. Our joinery teams carry out bespoke installations and refurbishment projects.
Our in-house glazing unit deals with the increasing demands of our clients for emergency boarding and glazing throughout London. Our 24hr rapid response unit is fully stocked with a large selection of glass, boards and timber to re-glaze our clients properties the same day or at the very least make secure. We employ experienced glaziers that carry out all types of glass services which conform to British Standards and have the facilities to cut glass on site.
Our team of emergency locksmiths are fully trained and experienced, specialising in gaining entry, lock changes, lock installations and additional locks fitted. The rapid response units carry a large range of locks and spares to enable us to leave premises safe and secure. Our clients make full use of our key cutting service.

The hot pressure washing unit allows us to offer a complete exterior steam clean of buildings. This unit regularly works in conjunction with our Access All Heights division. Our steam clean units are designed to remove graffiti and bill posters. We also offer window cleaning by application and squeegee method, reach and wash system using 100% pure de-ionized water. All chemicals used in our various cleaning process comply with the relevant British Standards.
The Access All Heights Division was formed in 1998 with the latest telescopic truck mounted lift platform, with maximum working height of 34m and an outreach of 24m. This makes access easy to reach high level guttering, outlets, downpipes, roof areas, windows to carry out maintenance and repair work. The lift platform also works in conjunction with our cleaning division to carry out daily window cleaning and pressure washing of buildings.
Our teams of experienced roofers carry out all aspects of work, from planned maintenance and emergency roof repairs to complete renewals. The vehicles are fully stocked with a wide range of materials so we are able to make repairs whilst on site. Many clients have in place preventive maintenance contracts.
Our dedicated decorating division has been established for over 25 years. With a large in-house workforce of highly experienced and qualified decorators, we are able to meet our clients' requirements to the highest standards. Carrying out all aspects of interior and exterior finishes from flood damage repairs, property renovations, special effects including sanding, varnishing and polishing and major refurbishment projects.
