The refurbishment sector of Reddan Group plc is involved in many aspects of the construction process. Our construction management teams and workforce undertake all size projects to domestic, industrial and commercial properties. Many of our clients use our refurbishment division to carry out specialist dilapidation works. With our in-house health and safety officers all current CDM legislation is tailored to suit the client's requirements. Refurbishment services are available nationwide.

Within our refurbishment division we have dedicated, qualified and experienced teams of bricklayers specialising in all aspects of brickwork projects, that include raking out and re-pointing, structural repairs, alterations, extensions and new build projects.

REDDAN is accredited to the Gas Safe Register for domestic and commercial work including boiler breakdowns, fault finding, repairs replacements and commissioning. We also design and install high efficiency heating systems and have technicians solely carrying out landlord gas certifications and testing. Due to the increasing demand of high efficiency heating systems, our experienced team carry out power flushing on central heating systems on portfolios throughout London managed by our clients.

The electrical division has been a member of NICEIC since 1979. Our qualified and experienced engineers are 17th edition. We have testing engineers carrying out periodical electrical testing, portable appliance testing, emergency light testing and fire alarm testing. The maintenance engineers carry out all necessary remedial works resulting from testing, routine servicing and preventive maintenance, as well as reactive work from lamp replacements, intercom breakdowns to complete power loss to building.

Our approved joinery supplier manufacture high quality bespoke requirements, working to Reddan’s design process and using the latest C.A.D techniques in order to meet our client’s specification. From specialist door replacements, complete window replacements, staircases, shopfronts and bespoke office furniture. With facilities to carry out laminating, veneering, spraying and glazing within the factory this minimises the disruption to our client's premises.

Our teams of experienced roofers carry out all aspects of work, from planned maintenance and emergency roof repairs to complete renewals. The vehicles are fully stocked with a wide range of materials so we are able to make repairs whilst on site. Many clients have in place preventive maintenance contracts.

Within the refurbishment division of Reddan Group, we have a dedicated and experienced team allocated to carry out all tiling requirements. We are able to undertake all types of projects, with the supply and installation of ceramics, mosaic, porcelain, limestone, marble, granite and terrazzo. For residential, commercial, retail and industrial contracts of all sizes.

Our dedicated decorating division has been established for over 25 years. With a large in-house workforce of highly experienced and qualified decorators, we are able to meet our clients' requirements to the highest standards. Carrying out all aspects of interior and exterior finishes from flood damage repairs, property renovations, special effects including sanding, varnishing and polishing and major refurbishment projects.
